The Montessori Australia Council is delighted to launch details for the International Montessori Conference to be held in Perth on the 9th, 10th and 11th of April 2010.

The theme of the conference is:

Communication - Breaking Down the Barriers

The Montessori Australia Council welcomes participants from all around Australia and overseas to our annual now International Montessori Conference. The MAC conference is unique. It brings together National and International speakers and presenters. We pride ourselves in our ability to assemble professionals from all walks of life, training and experience who embrace the legacy of Dr. Montessori.

Perth is gorgeous in April and our venue The Hyatt Regency is perfectly placed to provide all your needs.  We have again taken great care in offering delegates a broad range of topics catering to professionals of every age group, administrators, board members and parents. 

We have two wonderful Keynote Speakers joining us- Cate Crombie and Dr. Paul Epstein in addition to our wonderful Workshop Presenters. Details of the workshops, held in breakout sessions can be found in the PDF document attached at the end of this page.  Please take a copy of this and print it out to enable you to choose your first and second preferences within your conference booking.

We are also very excited to tell you about our other events. In addition to the conference we are also running concurrent Public Day Events designed specifically for parents, educationalists, education students, in fact anyone interested in learning more about Montessori.
